Over the last few months I've been paring down the good ole closet to ONLY pieces I love as guided by the below style rules I've set for myself...
- I will only wear high waisted pants (this shows off my waist)
- ...wear only one button blazers that are tailored (shows off my waist)
- ...embrace color and prints (creates interest)
- ...mix high and low (H & M blazer, YSL blouse, Mother jeans, Carter watch)
- ...enhance my stature with wedges or at least a 3 inch heel (elongates legs)
- ...show off my curves with clothes that hug my body and don't add bulk
- ...radiate sexy glamour with a classic modern twist
Today I felt especially confident and comfortable in my look.
What are your style rules?
Hm. Is it sad that currently my only style rule is that the girls be easily accessible for nursing? (Don't answer that.)
ReplyDeleteI want to know what's happening to all of the closet rejects! Cara and I held a clothing swap last winter, methinks we need to make it an annual event and force you to attend! :)
